Service Description

The first appointment is a time for a thorough evaluation and you will likely be asked a good deal of factual information about yourself. For all minors (i.e., under 18 years- old), parents must attend the first two sessions.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to keep an appointment, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If such advance notice is not received, you will be financially responsible for the session you missed.
