A personal injury counseling intake is the initial session where the therapist gathers information about your accident, emotional and physical symptoms, and treatment goals to support mental health recovery and coordinate care with medical or legal professionals.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to keep an appointment, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If such advance notice is not received, you will be financially responsible for the session you missed.
