Through Bernard’s Discrimination Model of supervision, I believe it is important to create a supportive environment that meets the supervise where there are. Based on the supervise's experiences and needs, I will assume the role of counselor, consultant, and teacher. I aim to ensure that therapists gain advanced competency throughout their careers by adhering to the highest ethical standards, using up-to-date, evidence-based treatments, getting feedback that encourages self-awareness and self-reflection, and managing their well-being.
